本标准规定了出口食品中硒含量的电感耦合等离子体质谱测定和荧光分光光度测定方法。本标准的电感耦合等离子体质谱测定方法适用于大米、饼干、乳粉、含乳饮料、茶叶、葡萄、花生和蘑菇等样品中硒含量的测定。本标准的荧光分光光度测定方法适用于蘑菇罐头中硒含量的测定
