标准简介

本标准规定了油气水井封堵和弃井作业中对环境的考虑、封堵和弃井作业、长停井监控程序相关要求及健康、安全和环境控制要求。本标准适用于陆地上石油勘探开发过程中对废弃井及长停井的作业，也适用于对井内部分层段的封堵作业。这些作业包括废弃井的弃井作业、暂闭井的保护作业以及关停井的监控方法和程序
