标准简介

SN/T4849的本部分规定了出口食品及饮料中蓝莓成分的检测方法-实时荧光PCR法。本部分适用于鲜果、冷冻果、蜜饯、鲜榨果汁、果肉型果汁、混浊汁、果干、果酱、及其他以蓝莓为原辅料的食品及饮料中蓝莓成分的定性检测（清汁及果酒除外）。本部分所规定方法的最低检出限(LOD)为1%(体积比)
