标准简介

本标准规定了高效液相色谱法测定牙膏中长梗冬青苷的方法要点、试剂与标准物质、仪器、分析步骤、结果计算、回收率、标准偏差和允许差。本标准适用于牙膏、漱口水和牙粉等口腔清洁护理用品中长梗冬青苷含量的测定。本标准长梗冬青苷的检测限为1.2μg/mL，定量下限为2.0μg/mL。若取10.0g样品，长梗冬青苷的最低检出浓度为12mg/kg，最低定量浓度为20mg/kg
