本标准规定了压水堆核电厂核岛管道支吊架预制和安装的总体技术要求。 本标准适用于压水堆核电厂核岛管道支吊架的预制和安装工作，包括了核岛管道支吊架从到货材料的初始状态到安装完工的全过程。包括支吊架材料、预制（含工厂制造和现场车间制造）、安装、焊接、检验以及涂层、包装、运输、贮存各方面的总体要求。本规程预制的管道支吊架不包括阻尼器、弹簧箱、恒吊、标准紧固件等功能件成品的制造
