本标准第一法液相色谱串联质谱法规定了动物源性食品中睾酮、孕酮, α-雌二醇、β-雌二醇残留量的高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定和确证方法，第二法气相色谱/燃烧炉/同位素比值质谱法规定了动物源性食品中雌二醇、睾酮和孕酮的稳定碳同位素比值测定的气相色谱/燃烧炉/同位素比值质谱方法。本标准第一法液相色谱串联质谱法适用于动物源性食品牛肉、牛奶、鸡肉中睾酮、孕酮、雌二醇残留量的测定，第二法气相色谱/燃烧炉/同位素比值质谱法适用于动物源性食品牛肉、牛奶、鸡肉中残留雌二醇、睾酮和孕酮(残留水平>10μg/kg)的稳定碳同位素比值的测定
