标准简介

SY/T 6423的本部分规定了无缝和焊接铁磁性钢管管体和端面/坡口面的表面缺欠磁粉检测的要求。对于管体，包括全部或部分外表面的表面缺欠检测。若购方和供方另有协议，包括距管端一定距离范围内的表面缺欠检测，检测距离取决于钢管直径。此外，本部分可以用于其他无损检测方法(如超声检测)检出钢管外表面缺欠的定位，以及确认缺欠是否完全去除。对于管端的平端面和坡口端面，本部分规定了分层缺欠检测的要求，分层缺欠会影响后续装配和检测操作(如焊接和焊缝的超声检测)。本部分适用于分层缺欠、端面/坡口面缺欠的检测，磁化磁场的方向垂直于被检测缺欠的方向。本部分也适用于空心部件的检测。注:磁粉检测对近表面缺欠具有一定的检出能力，近表面缺欠的检测和评定可按本部分执行
