本标准规定了电力行业锅炉压力容器安全监督要求。本标准适用于发电用额定压力大于或等于9.8MPa的蒸汽锅炉、发电厂热力系统主要汽水管道、发电用压力容器。额定压力小于9.8MPa的发电锅炉可参照执行
