标准简介

SN/T 4849的本部分规定了出口食品及饮料中蔓越莓和蓝莓成分的检测方法-实时荧光PCR法。本部分适用于鲜果、冷冻果、蜜饯、鲜榨果汁、果肉型、果汁混浊汁、果干、果酱、及其他以蔓越莓和蓝莓为原辅料的食品及饮料中蔓越莓和蓝莓成分的定性检测(清汁及果酒除外)。此部分所规定方法的最低检出限(LOD)为1%(体积比)
