标准简介

本规范规定了电力系统顺序控制的总体要求、应用框架、相关操作票、厂站端顺序控制、调度(调控)主站顺序控制、安全防护及性能指标等。本规范主要适用于电网调度控制中心、变电站顺序控制的设计、开发、调试和运行。发电厂、直流换流站、光伏电站、风电场的顺序控制在相关原则和机制上可参照执行
