标准简介

本标准规定不同运营商IMS网络之间互通的业务类型，互通架构和互通实体功能要求，互通路由解析要求，互通协议和互通编码要求等内容。本标准规定的IMS网间互通是指我国运营商的IMS网络之间不需要经过传统网络（如软交换网络、电路交换网），在IP承载网上直接进行的网络互通。本标准规定的IMS网间互通是在不同运营商IP承载互通的基础上实现。运营商IP承载网互通的技术和安全要求不在本标准规定范围内。本标准中的IMS网间互通不包含IMS网间漫游的情况。本标准适用于不同运营商的IMS网络网间互通
