本标准规定了智能家居的终端设备安全能力的技术要求，包括智能家居硬件安全能力、智能家居操作系统安全能力、智能家居外围接口安全能力、智能家居应用层安全能力、智能家居无线通信安全能力、智能家居用户数据保护安全能力、智能家居终端能耗安全保护能力等。本标准适用于智能家居终端设备，个别条款不适用于特殊行业、专业应用，其他类似设备也可参考使用
