本标准规定了低温省煤器的术语和定义、结构组成、型号表示法、技术要求、制造及安装要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于火力发电厂回收锅炉排烟余热以达到节能目的的低温省煤器，其它行业同类型式低温换热器可参照使用
