本标准规定了生产企业用于熔炼金属炉料的冲天炉能耗的相关术语和定义、测量仪器、测试要求、测试方法和能耗计算；熔炼能耗包含冲天炉熔炼用焦炭能耗和鼓风机、加料机、水泵及环保除尘装置等熔化工部所有用电能耗。本标准适用于熔炼生产中以焦炭燃烧为热源的冲天炉
