标准简介

本标准规定了高效液相色谱法测定牙膏中赤藓糖醇含量的方法要点、试剂与标准物质、仪器、分析步骤、结果计算、回收率、标准偏差和允许差。本标准适用于牙膏、漱口水等口腔清洁护理用品中赤藓糖醇含量的测定。本标准赤藓糖醇的检出浓度为0.01mg/mL，定量浓度为0.03mg /mL。若取5.0g样品，赤藓糖醇的检出限为200mg/kg，定量限为600mg/kg
