标准简介

本部分规定了管道焊接接头的超声波检测方法及检测结果的等级评定。本部分适用于电力行业制作、安装和检修设备时钢制管道的焊接接头的手工A型脉冲反射法超声波检测。本部分不适用于铸钢、壁厚大于18mm奥氏体不锈钢等粗晶材料的焊接接头、内外径之比小于80%的中厚壁管管道纵向焊接接头超声波检测，也不适用奥氏体和珠光体的异种钢焊接接头
