标准简介

IEC 61850的本部分提供了在PMU与PDC WAMPAC(广域监测，保护和控制)之间以及与控制中心应用之间交换同步相量数据的方式。在IEEE C37.118-2005涵盖范围内的数据以符合IEC 61850的方式传输。本部分给出了主要范围和用例，提供了IEC 61850-8-1 GOOSE和IEC 61850-9-2 SV数据包通信的可路由协议子集，这些可路由的数据包可传输一般的IEC 61850数据，也可传输同步相量数据
