本标准规定了铁路站场无线通信系统技术条件，包括基于LTE的站场无线通信网络、基于数字对讲的站场无线通信网络、终端设备技术要求、天线要求、安全要求、编号与IP地址分配原则、环境适应性要求、检验规则，以及标志、包装、运输及储存。本标准适用于编组站、区段站、中间站、集装箱中心站、货场、动车段、动车所、客运站等铁路站场的调车、车号、货检、货运、列检、客运站场作业的铁路站场无线通信系统设计及产品制造
