标准简介

本标准规定了小麦及其制品中转某因成分普通 PCR和实时荧光PCR定性检测方法。本标准适用于转基因小麦品系B73-6-1、B72-8-11b、B102-1-2 及其制品中转基因成分筛选检测。本标准不适用于小麦胚油及小麦胚油为原料的深加工产品。本标准中方法1普通PCR方法检测低限为0.1%:方法2实时荧光PCR方法检测低限为0.01%
