本部分适用于新建、扩建、改建的火力发电厂和核电站常规岛的水处理和制(供)氢设备及系统的施工、检验和试运行。水处理和制(供)氢设备及系统的施工应依据经批准的设计、合同协议及制造厂有效技术文件的要求执行;如设计、合同协议及制造厂无明确要求或要求不全面时，按本部分规定执行;如需修改或变更，应由设计单位、设备制造厂出具相应的证明文件，办理相关的审批手续
