标准简介

本标准规定了石油化工金属管道射线检测、超声检测、磁粉检测、渗透检测、衍射时差法超声检测、相控阵超声检测和便携式荧光光谱检测的工艺要求及质量评定。本标准适用于下列管道无损检测的质量评定：1)公称厚度为2 mm～100 mm的金属管道对接焊接接头、支管连接焊接接头的射线检测与质量评定；2)公称厚度大于或等于6 mm、外径大于等于108 mm的碳钢和非奥氏体合金钢制管道对接焊接接头的超声检测与质量评定；3)铁磁性材料的表面和近表面缺陷磁粉检测与质量评定；4)表面开口缺陷的渗透检测与质量评定；5)公称厚度为16
