标准简介

本标准为确定试验方法的精密度而进行的实验室间研究(ILS)的计划设计和实施程序提供了指导。本标准给出了计划设计和实施程序中各要点的相关信息，目的是为保证精密度实验室间研究的过程、计算方法和使用的工具的一致性。本标准适用于最终试验结果用数值表示的试验方法，该数值也可以是通过一组测量数据计算得到的。本标准适用于待测性质稳定的样品，以保证制备的子试样在进行精密度实验室间研究过程中保持均一、稳定且有代表性。本标准是建议性的，组织实施精密度实验室间研究的用户可以将其修改作为自己的指导性文件
