标准简介

1.1本标准适用于采用直接成像综合试验仪测定润滑和液压系统中新油和在用油的颗粒含量、颗粒尺寸分布、颗粒形态。1.1.1本标准适用于石油基和全合成油液。40℃运动薪度在2mm2/s～150mm2/s范围内的样品可以直接测定。更高黏度样品需要稀释后再进行测定。1.1.2颗粒的测量范围是从4um～大于70um，其上限取决于颗粒是否能穿过入口处100um筛网。1.1.3颗粒含量的测定通常情况下可达5000000个/mL。1.1.4本标准对长度大于20um的颗粒进行形态判定。颗粒形态可归类为:滑动磨损、切削磨损、疲劳磨损、非金属颗粒、纤维、水滴、空气泡。1.1.5本试验方法使用已知线性尺寸的物体进行校正
