标准简介

为适应变电站技术发展，使变电站监控系统设计做到安全可靠、技术先进、经济适用、符合国情，制定本标准。本标准适用于110(66) kV～1000kV新建、扩建或改建的变电站(开关站)的监控系统设计。变电站监控系统应采用开放性好、易扩充、抗干扰性强和成熟可靠的产品，在保证运行可靠的基础上，可结合工程特点，积极稳妥采用新技术和新设备。变电站监控系统应能实现对变电站的监视、测量和控制，并应具备遥测、遥信、遥调和遥控等远动功能，具有与调度控制中心协同互动的能力。变电站监控系统设计除应符合本标准的规定外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定
