1.0.1 为了在冻土地区架空输电线路岩土工程勘测中贯彻执行国家的技术经济政策,做到安全可靠、技术先进、经济合理、保护环境,确保工程质量,制定本标准。1.0.2 本标准适用于冻土地区110kV及以上电压等级架空输电线路岩土工程勘测。1.0.3 冻土地区架空输电线路岩土工程勘测除应符合本标准的规定外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定
