本标准规定了金刚石或立方氮化硼砂布的术语和定义、分类、代号与标记、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于电镀金属结合剂金刚石或立方氮化硼砂布、树脂结合剂金刚石或立方氮化硼砂布，该砂布是由人造金刚石或立方氮化硼磨料固结在柔软的布基表面而制成的超硬磨具
