本标准规定了油气地面生产各环节相关业务的油气生产物联网系统架构与功能、数据采集与监控子系统、数据传输子系统、生产管理子系统的技术要求，以及系统数据管理、信息安全等内容。本标准适用于陆上油气田的油气生产物联网系统建设，包括新建产能和改扩建项目，滩海油气田陆岸油气生产物联网系统建设可参照执行
