标准简介

为规范变电站、开关站换流站工程建设预算项目划分,合理确定工程造价,提高投资管理效益,维护工程建设各方的合法权益,促进电力建设事业健康发展,制定本标准。本标准适用 于35kV~1000kV交流变电站、开关站工程，±1100kV及以下直流换流站工程。本标准是变电站、开关站、换流站工程建设预算编制时项目划分的依据。变电站、开关站、换流站工程建设预算项目划分除应符合本标准的规定外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定
