适用于燃煤、燃油、燃气等燃用化石燃料的火力发电厂烟气脱硝系统的设计，也适用于生物质秸秆、生活垃圾焚烧电厂烟气脱硝系统的设计。主要技术内容有：总则，术语，基本规定，液氨储存及氨气制备，氨水储存及氨气制备，尿素溶解、储存及氨气制备，SCR脱硝工艺，SNCR脱硝工艺，SNCR/SCR联合脱硝工艺和对相关专业的设计要求等
