标准简介

为规范火力发电厂厂内通信设计工作,适应电力建设和发展的要求,制定本标准。本标准对火力发电厂厂内通信设计做出规定,包括生产管理通信、生产调度通信、通信电缆网络以及通信机房﹑通信电源、接地等其他辅助设施,不包括发电厂系统通信部分,如光纤通信、载波通信﹑微波通信、卫星通信、接入电网的数据网等。本标准适用于单台机组容量在50MW及以上的新建或扩建的燃煤电厂﹑燃油电厂、燃气电厂、垃圾电厂、生物质电厂的厂内通信设计。火力发电厂厂内通信设计应遵循技术先进,经济合理,满足电厂安全、可靠运行的要求。火力发电厂大内通信设计,应按发电厂组织机构、汽轮发电机组单机容量及台数、电厂的控制方式、电厂调度体制和生产工艺要求确定,并应考虑发电厂规划装机台数和容量,留有适当的发展余地。火力发电厂厂内通信设计应与电力系统通信设计要求相适应。火力发电厂厂内通信应装设下列主要设备:生产管理通信设备﹔生产调度通信设备﹔通信电源设备
