标准简介

为使钢质管道现场焊接施工做到技术先进、质量可靠,制定本规范。本规范适用于输送介质为气体、液体和浆体的长输管道及油气田集输管道的焊接,管道材质为低碳钢、低合金钢、奥氏体不锈钢、双相不锈钢、耐蚀合金双金属复合管(奥氏体不锈钢复合管、镍基复合管等),焊接方法为钨极氩弧焊、焊条电弧焊、熔化极气体保护电弧焊(包括自保护药芯焊丝电弧焊、气保护药芯焊丝电弧焊或实心焊丝电弧焊等)、等离子弧焊、埋弧焊,以及上述焊接方法相互组合的方法。钢质管道焊接施工除应符合本规范外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定
