标准简介

本文件规定了数控重型龙门移动镗铣床的型式和说明、部件的定义和轴线的命名、一般要求、几何精度检验、工作精度检验及数控轴线的定位精度和重复定位精度检验。本文件适用于一般用途和普通精度的龙门移动且工作台固定，工作台宽度为2000mm～10000mm的数控重型龙门镗铣床的检验活动。本文件不适用于单柱式、龙门固定式和工作台移动式的镗铣床，也不适用于机床精度检验之前的运行检验（如振动、异常噪音和运动部件的爬行等检验）以及机床特性检验（如速度和进给量等检验）
