标准简介

本文件规定了土壤中有效钼的3种测定方法:示波极谱法(POL)、电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)。本文件适用于土壤有效钼含量的测定。当称样量为5.00 g,浸提剂草酸-草酸铵溶液为50mL时:示波极谱法检出限为0.01 mg/kg,测定下限为0.04 mg/kg;电感耦合等离子体质谱法检出限为0.002 mg/kg,测定下限为0.008 mg/kg;电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法检出限为0.02 mg/kg,测定下限为0.08 mg/kg
