标准简介

本标准规定了三十万千瓦压水堆核电厂结构、设备和设施防护涂层的暴露条件及性能要求；各项试验的要求、方法；试样的准备；车间与现场作业的表面处理；车间于现场作业的涂装；车间于现场作业的检验。本标准适用于三十万千瓦压水堆核电厂防护涂层及其在核结构、设备和设施表面的涂装。其中包括了适用于Ⅰ、Ⅱ级服役级的一些结构、设备和设施表面的涂装，具体要求如下：Ⅰ级服役级适用于涂装在具有防止极限事故工况能的核结构、设备和设施表面的涂层系统。它们对防止和减轻极限事故的后果至关重要。Ⅱ级服役级对达到事先规定的正常运行工况是至关重要的。Ⅱ级服役级的涂装作业应符合本标准的要求。Ⅱ级服役级的涂装作业可按工程技术说明书所包含的内容对Ⅰ级服役级的要求进行修改
