本标准规定了核电厂保卫人员使用的临时性和永久性电气设备和系统设计、试验和维修的最低要求，这些设备和系统用于安全控制、进出口管理、通信和采集数据。 本标准适用于核电厂保卫系统设计者选用设备，这些设备用于探测、观察、显示和记录核电厂的保卫情况。 本标准不适用于下列保卫项目：a.制定威胁和响应准则；b.屏障要求；c.保卫力量的组成和配置；d.重要设备和区域的划分；e.应急方案；f.机械闭锁装置和机械设备；g.构筑物的保卫要求
