标准简介

1.O.1 为统一化工设备安装与现场组焊工程的质量检验和评定方法，为加强工程质量管理、确保工程质量，特制定本标准。1.O.2 本标准适用于化工行业中的高压设备安装工程、常压设备与真空设备安装工程、中低压设备安装及现场组焊工程、塔类设备安装及现场组焊工程的质量检验和评定。不适用于球形容器、湿式气柜、立式圆筒形钢制贮罐安装及现场组焊工程的质量检验和评定。1.0.3 本标准按设备的类别编制，其质量指标和要求，应与下列现行的标准规范配套使用： 《高压化工设备施工及验收规范》； 《中低压化工设备施工及验收规范》； 《化工塔类设备施工及验收规范》； 《现场设备、工业管道焊接工程施工及验收规范》。 检验和评定，应根据设备类别，分别按安装工程、现场组焊工程两个分部工程进行。在进行设备工程的质量检验和评定时，除应符合本标准的有关规定外，尚应符合现行国家标准《工业安装工程质量检验评定统一标准》的规定。1.O.4 设备工程施工时，应执行相应的技术标准、设计文件的规定，并与工程同步做好施工记录；设备工程竣工时，应按本标准进行质量检验和评定，并及时办理质量检验和评定签证
