标准简介

本规程适用于新制造、使用中和修理后的低本底α、β和α/β活度或表面粒子数测量仪的检定。 α粒子的能量大于3.9MeV，β粒子的最大能量不小于0.15MeV。 本规程不适用于测量α或β能谱和表面污染检测类型仪器的检定
