标准简介

1.1 本标准按照三种小同的验收等级(见表1)，规定了承压用焊接钢管焊缝附近分层缺欠的超卢波检测要求。 本标准的目的是用于检测焊缝附近可能影响焊缝完整性的分层缺欠和/或焊缝缺欠。 注1：此项检测也可按照SY/T 6423.5的规定，在焊接前，对展平的钢带／钢板(用于制造焊接钢管)的纵向边缘进行超声波检测。1.2本标准适用于公称外径大于30mm的焊接钢管的检测。钢管壁厚下限未作规定，见注2。 注2：对公称壁厚小于5mm的钢管，采用该方法检测及确定分层缺欠尺寸时可能会遇到困难。出现这种情况时。要求购方和制造厂进行协商以确定采用的检测方法
