标准简介

本规程给出了对风力发电场设备和运行人员的要求，规定了正常运行、维护的内容和方法及事故处理的原则和方法等。 本规程适用于并网风力发电机组（以下简称风电机组）组成的总容量在1000kW及以上的、单机容量为100kW及以上定桨距或变桨距水平轴风电机组组成的风力发电场（以下简称风电场）。 垂直轴式风电机组组成的风电场或总容量在1000kW以下的风电场可参照执行
