标准简介

本标准规定了出口速冻方便食品的品质、感官、卫生及包装项目的检验方法及检验结果的判定。本标准适用于速冻蒸、煮食品（含泥蓉类馅心、果蔬类馅心、肉类馅心等）、油炸食品（如油炸肉制品、油炸春卷）和熏烤食品（如烤肉串）速冻前经加热处理或未经加热处理的方便食品
