本标准规定了用于核设施辐射及放射性活度连续监测的中央控制系统的一般特性、试验程序、辐射、电气、环境特性及文件。本标准还为检测用的中央控制器提供了技术条件、操作和检验的指导原则。本标准适用于核设施辐射及放射性活度连续监测的中央控制系统，该系统主要目的是为工作场所的辐射防护提供依据。本标准也适用于集中数据处理系统、数据传输、设备布置以及数据的就地和中央显示的设备。本标准不适用于临界报警系统，该系统应符合GB/T 12787的规定。本标准也不直接适用于探测及测量装置和组件的设计与检验，这部分装置和组件应符合有关标准的要求
