本标准规定了低芥酸低硫苷油菜籽的定义、质量指标、检测方法、判定规则及包装、运输、储存要求。 本标准适用于经品质改良后的甘蓝型、白菜型、芥菜型商品油菜籽的生产、收购、加工及市场营销。本标准不适用于育种单位低芥酸低硫苷油菜品种选育的质量评价，也不适用于低芥酸低硫苷油菜种子
