标准简介

本标准规定了航空移动业务卫星通信机载地球站的基本技术性能和业务要求，以及仅作为推荐使用的技术要求(文中用“建议”表示)。本标准适用于航空移动业务卫星通信机载地球站。它不仅适用于国内航空移动业务卫星通信系统，也适用于加人国际航空移动业务卫星通信网的机载地球站。机载地球站提供的通信业务与功能可由机载地球站拥有者选择，但应符合本标准。本标准适用于机载地球站的选型、装备、运行和技术改造。本标准适用于航空移动业务卫星通信的数据业务和电话业务
