标准简介

本标准规定了由玻璃纤维增强塑料（即玻璃钢）外护层、聚氨基甲酸酯（以下简称聚氨酯）硬质泡沫塑料保温层及钢管组成的预制直埋保温管（以下简称保温管）的结构、技术要求、试验方法和检验规则等。本标准适用于输送介质温度（连续工作温度）不高于120℃，偶然峰值温度不高于140℃，工作压力不大于2.8MPa保温管的制造与验收。工作在不同温度下聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料最短预期寿命的计算见CJ/T 114-2000的附录B
