标准简介

1.1 本标准规定了在高频线性振动下用高频线性振动试验机（SRV）测定润滑脂摩擦系数和磨损性能的方法。1.2 本标准适用于在给定温度和负载条件下测定润滑脂的摩擦系数和磨损性能。 本标准方法的试验条件为：室温~280℃温度范围，负荷220N，频率50Hz，冲程振幅1.00mm，持续时间为2h。如有特殊要求也可采用其他条件：负荷10N~1400N，频率5Hz~500Hz，冲程振幅0.1mm~3.3mm。本试验方法的精密度是以规定参数和50℃、80℃的试验温度为基础建立的。试验测定并报告试验球上的平均磨痕直径和摩擦系数。 注：平均磨痕直径是指按9.11条两次测量的平均值。1.3 本标准也适用于测定其他液体润滑剂在上述条件下的摩擦系数和磨损性能。1.4 本标准涉及某些有危险性的材料、操作和设备，但并不对与此有关的所有安全问题都提出建议。因此，用户在使用本标准前，应建立适当的安全防护措施，并确定措施的适用范围
