标准简介

本部分适用于外径不小于60.3mm（23/8in），长度大于单倍尺长度的API Spec 5L管线钢管的运输（本部分第4章所论述的静载荷应力计算仅适用于外径壁厚比D/t≥50的API管线钢管，D/t＜50的钢管在一些条件下可能发生疲劳破坏）。本部分适用于涂层钢管与非涂层钢管，但不包括避免钢管涂层损伤的装载方法。本部分是国家铁路交通部门有关专项运输规则或规定的补充。如本部分装载作法与国家铁路交通部门有关专项运输规则或规定有争议时，以国家铁路交通部门有关专项运输规则或规定为准。本部分是为便于购方和制造商装载和运输钢管而制定，经双方协商也可使用其他的装载和运输补充规定
