本标准规定了采用二乙三胺五乙酸(DTPA)浸提剂提取土壤中有效态锌、锰、铁、铜，以原子吸收分光光度法或电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法加以定量测定的方法。本标准适用于pH大于6的土壤中有效态锌、锰、铁、铜含量的测定
