标准简介

本标准规定了异种钢的焊接工艺评定、焊工考试、焊接工艺、焊接检验及焊后热处理的要求。本规程适用于石油化工设备和管道的异种锡焊接接头的焊条电弧焊、气体保护焊和埋弧焊的焊接。钢结构异种钢焊接可参照执行。异种钢焊接接头包括：a)不同铁素体钢的焊接；b)不同奥氏体不锈钢的焊接；c)铁素体钢与奥氏体不锈钢的焊接；d)为达到表层耐磨、耐腐蚀目的等的堆焊焊接；e)同种母材选择异质填充金属的焊接
