标准简介

本标准规定了在民用航空器制造、运行、维修和翻修行业中从事无损检测(NDT)工作的人员资格鉴定与认证的最低要求。本标准适用于使用液体渗透检验(PT),磁粉检验(MT),涡流检验(ET)、超声检验(UT)和射线照相检验CRT)的NDT通用方法处理或评价验收材料、产品、零件、组件和分组件的人员;也适用于直接负责NDT技术的人员、NDT技术外部审核人员以及NDT技术培训人员。本标准不适用于除上述人员外的NDT管理人员，也不适用于从事NDT技术开发的研究人员，即使他们开发的技术随后被认证的3级人员批准使用。本标准也适用于使用其他NDT方法的无损检测人员。这些方法包括但不限于:声发射检验、中子射线照相检验、渗漏检验、目视检验、热成像检验、全息干涉检验、计算机层析成像技术检验等。对于这些方法的培训、经历以及考试的要求，可由被认可的NDT机构或民航无损检测人员资格鉴定与认证委员会根据本标准制定
