标准简介

本标准规定了在交、直流电力系统进行带电作业时，空气绝缘、组合绝缘以及所使用的工具、装置及设备绝缘的额定耐受电压的选择原则。 本标准适用于系统最高电压大于交流1kV、直流1.5kV的电力系统开展带电作业工作时进行绝缘配合时的指导原则。 本标准不适用于特殊场合，即存有严重污秽或带有对绝缘有害的气体、蒸汽、化学、沉积物的场合所进行的带电作业
